This Bills team has a ton of potential, but at the end of the day they got exposed late in the season by better teams. I personally am not convinced that the team is building quite the right way, but they have definitely shown some potential lately. They are looking for a way to find a pass rush in 2012. Adding a pass rushing outside linebacker who is quick as well as fast will further strenghten the defense. He brings the strong defensive resume from Alabama that has dominated the SEC during the last few year. Courtney Upshaw was a force as a reserve linebacker and on special teams as a sopomore in 2009 and should contend as a starting linebacker for the Bills. He is a physically imposing linebacker who is known for his hard-hitting style.
